These alliances reinforce a shared commitment towards facilitating a healthier community by raising mental health awareness and providing viable stress management strategies.

Location and Features

The Mental Health Day will be hosted at the Charles R. Drew Wellness Center premises located at 2101 Walker Solomon Way, Columbia, S.C. The focus is on equipping individuals with the tools and resources they need to deal with stress effectively and enhance their overall wellness. It’s a significant step towards reducing the stigma associated with mental health, whilst promoting the concept of overall wellness that includes both physical and mental aspects.

Community Engagement and Participation

Such initiatives also offer an opportunity for community engagement, fostering a sense of collective responsibility for mental health.
