Lexington, SC – Aug 13, 2024: Announced recently, Lexington County Emergency Medical Services (LCEMS) is inviting interested individuals to a special Explorer Post interest meeting scheduled to take place on Monday, Aug. 19 at 6 p.m. This session is set to cater to both current members and individuals curious about joining the EMS Explorer Program.
What is the EMS Explorer Program?
The LCEMS Explorer Program is a career-centered initiative that allows participants to gain practical experience and understanding of various aspects related to emergency medical services. The program hosts two meetings a month at the EMS Operations Center where participants get an inside track on medical and trauma emergencies, ambulance operations, leadership, teamwork skills, and more.
