Margaret Fisher, has confirmed the identity of the young man who lost his life in a tragic single-vehicle accident, which took place in the 500 block of Chapin Road.

The victim, Kaleb Isaiah Parrish, just 23 years old and a resident of Chapin, was driving west on Chapin Road around 2:45 P.M. when the unthinkable happened. Reports indicate that Parrish veered off the right side of the roadway and crashed into a tree. Tragically, he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, and unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner’s office.
