Exciting news for families in Lexington! A new business is gearing up to make quite a splash. Goldfish Swim School, renowned for its fun and safe learn-to-swim programs, is setting up shop at 932 N. Lake Drive, right near the bustling Sunset Boulevard. This location is part of the popular Lexington Towne Centre shopping complex, which is already brimming with a variety of stores and eateries.

What to Expect from Goldfish Swim School

Goldfish Swim School is all about teaching kids to swim, and it’s perfect for little ones aged 4 months to 12 years old. The construction notice indicates that this location is currently listed as “under construction” in the Lexington planning and zoning documents. While an official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, the school’s website is already teasing its arrival with a “coming soon” banner. This buzz of anticipation is sure to make waves in the community!

Being situated in the Lexington Towne Centre is more than just a coincidence. This shopping complex features a bevy of well-known businesses, including Food Lion, Books-A-Million, Hibbett Sports, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Jimmy John’s, and Hotworx. Plus, it’s conveniently located at the intersection of two major roads, making it easily accessible for families. In fact, nearly 37,000 vehicles pass by on Sunset Boulevard each day, with an additional 19,000 vehicles traveling down North Lake Drive, according to the state Department of Transportation. With figures like that, you can bet this new swim school will attract plenty of attention!
