This past Friday night was another thrilling round of high school football in Southeast Texas, with several teams showcasing their skills on the field. Here’s a recap of the scores from Week 9 of the season, highlighting the teams that emerged victorious.

In Beaumont, West Brook easily claimed victory over Beaumont United with a commanding score of 48-7. This win adds to West Brook’s impressive season as they continue to dominate the competition.

Another close match took place between Lufkin and Port Arthur Memorial, where Lufkin secured a hard-fought win with a score of 30-23. The game kept fans on the edge of their seats until the final whistle.

Nederland took on Port Neches-Groves, winning decisively with a score of 24-14, while West Orange-Stark shut out Silsbee, finishing with an impressive 35-0 scoreline.

A close contest unfolded in Bridge City, where Little Cypress-Mauriceville edged out Bridge City with a final score of 21-18. Meanwhile, Lumberton managed to come out on top against Hardin-Jefferson with a score of 24-14.

In a remarkable performance, Hamshire-Fannett dominated Tarkington with a stunning score of 65-0. Other notable victories included East Chambers defeating Kirbyville with a score of 52-14, Jasper winning against Shepherd with 35-16, and Newton achieving a remarkable 64-0 victory over Trinity.
