Columbia Food & Wine Festival is Back for Its 8th Year!

Hey Columbia! Get ready to mark your calendars because the Columbia Food & Wine Festival is celebrating its eighth anniversary with an culinary event that promises to bring excitement, flavor, and lots of fun! Running from Tuesday, April 22 to Sunday, April 27, 2025, this spectacular six-day experience is set to showcase the very best of our region’s vibrant culinary scene. Excited? We are too!

Get Your Grand Tasting Tickets Early!

What’s even more thrilling is that for a limited time, from December 4 to December 11, 2024, you have the chance to grab tickets for the festival’s Grand Tasting. This exclusive pre-sale is a special nod to the festival’s milestone, providing you with an opportunity to secure seats at one of the most anticipated culinary events of the year. Tickets can be snagged online at columbiafoodandwinefestival.com. But hurry, because tickets are limited and won’t last long!

What Can You Expect?

The Grand Tasting wraps up the entire festival with an incredible finale on Sunday, April 27, from 1 PM to 4 PM (early birds can enter at noon). You’ll get to indulge in an array of delightful bites and beverages from over one hundred of Columbia’s top chefs, restaurants, brewers, and mixologists. Picture this: live music, chef demos, artisan pop-ups, and more all set against the backdrop of two Historic Columbia properties, the Robert Mills House & Gardens and the Hampton-Preston Mansion & Gardens. It’s bound to be a feast for your senses!

Supporting Local Culinary Gems

Since its inception in 2018, the Columbia Food & Wine Festival has become a beloved pillar of our area’s culinary community. So far, the festival has welcomed more than 12,500 guests and partnered with over 300 culinary stars in the region! But that’s not all; the festival is all about giving back, too. It has successfully raised nearly $200,000 for local restaurants and over $50,000 for charities. This means attending the festival isn’t just an amazing experience — it contributes to our local food scene!

Exciting Partnerships Ahead!

One of the major highlights of the 2025 festival is the participation of Lula Drake, a James Beard Award-winning restaurant known for its stellar culinary offerings. The restaurant’s proprietor, Tim Gardner, is set to lead an intimate wine-tasting event that you won’t want to miss. Known for his engaging personality, Gardner turns every wine sip into a delightful conversation, making the experience even more enjoyable. “We can’t wait to showcase some exciting bites and beverage pairings alongside so many talented peers,” he said enthusiastically.

Save the Date and Spread the Word!

The Columbia Food & Wine Festival promises to be a mouthwatering celebration of everything we love about local food and drink. This celebration not only highlights our incredible local talent but also solidifies Columbia’s reputation as a top culinary destination in the Southeast. So, mark those calendars and prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable experience!

Remember, the exclusive pre-sale begins on December 4, 2024, and will run until the 11th or until tickets run out. Head over to columbiafoodandwinefestival.com to secure your spot at this unforgettable Culinary Experience! See you there!
