It’s a splendid time for residents of Chapin, South Carolina, as the much-anticipated Aquarius Spa and Salon has officially opened its doors! Situated at 113 Virginia St., this new establishment marks an exciting chapter for owners Marie and Joe Keeton, who have been serving the community since 2005.
In a heartwarming ribbon-cutting ceremony, Marie Keeton, who is not only the owner but also the president, reflected on their incredible journey. “From starting in a 1,000-square-foot farmhouse to experiencing many wonderful years in the historic Robinson-Hiller House, and now moving into this beautiful new facility, it’s been an incredible journey,” she exclaimed. The couple’s former location, the Robinson-Hiller House, had been their home for an impressive 17 years.
The gorgeous new spa was carefully crafted by Chapin Commercial Construction, who worked closely with the Keetons to ensure that the 5,000-square-foot facility harmonizes beautifully with the historic surroundings. Chad Lindler, founder and president of Chapin Commercial Construction, expressed how meaningful it was for his team to contribute to Chapin’s growth. “We’re proud to play a role in constructing a beautiful new building that allows Aquarius Spa and Salon to expand their services and provide an enhanced experience for the community,” he said with pride.
So, what exciting new services can locals expect at Aquarius Spa and Salon? Well, the new space is a whopping double the size of their previous location! Guests can now enjoy a wider range of services, including:
And if that wasn’t enough, the expanded retail area will feature an array of lotions, creams, cosmetics, and accessories to take home!
Marie shared her gratitude for the loyal support from the Chapin community throughout their journey. “Our goal has always been to provide exceptional service while preserving the warmth and hospitality that makes Chapin special,” she stated. With a sparkle in her eye, she added, “We’re excited for what’s ahead and thrilled by the positive feedback we’ve already received from our clients.”
