On a vibrant Tuesday afternoon in Washington, D.C., Rep. James E. Clyburn (D, S.C.-06) stood in front of his colleagues at the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Federal Land, passionately advocating for an essential piece of legislation known as the Renewing the African American Civil Rights Network Act.
