Wagnon, 66, vanished on August 19, 2024 and was last seen in the Travelers Rest area of the county at around 4:30 p.m. Despite rigorous efforts by local authorities and community members, Wagnon remains missing.
A distinctive physical description of Wagnon has been provided by the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office. Mark Wagnon is classified as a white man who stands at approximately 5-feet-9 and weighs around 158 pounds. On the day he was last seen, he was wearing a blue and grey polo shirt, blue jeans, and glasses. Wagnon was driving a 2010 grey Nissan Sentra with the South Carolina tag 7097KN.
The Sheriff’s Office and the State Law Enforcement Division have appealed to the public to be on the lookout. According to reports, Wagnon is in urgent need of medical attention due to memory issues. The authorities have urged anyone who may spot Wagnon or his vehicle to call 911 immediately.
