Other notable boys’ games included Centennial, who defeated elk River 53 to 47, and Eden Prairie dominating Waconia with a strong score of 99 to 72.
The girls’ basketball matches brought their share of excitement too. Mahtomedi showcased a dominant performance against Simley, winning 75 to 30. Centennial also had a close match, beating Elk River 72 to 66.
