With 27 acres at their disposal, the developers envision a cutting-edge retail center that aims to cater to the evolving needs of both local businesses and residents.
A notable name attached to this project is none other than Emmitt Smith, the famed NFL legend known for being the all-time leading rusher. As chairman of 413 Solutions, he has a keen eye for engaging the community in a bustling way.
The ambitious plans include around 200,000 square feet of retail space. Imagine a shopping experience that could house eight or more shops and restaurants! The property will pull in plenty of foot traffic, thanks to its close-knit network of existing businesses nearby, such as Lowes Foods, Publix, Little Caesars, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Bojangles, and Zaxby’s.
Even though the closest Target store is currently seven miles away on Sunset Boulevard, this new location promises to bring the convenience of a Target shopping experience right within walking distance for many residents.
As with any new development, the community’s reactions are mixed. Some residents are eagerly anticipating the convenience that a nearby Target would bring, particularly for quick grocery runs or last-minute purchases. The thought of having a bustling shopping center nearby is thrilling for many.

Residents near the Oak Pointe subdivision have raised concerns regarding the potential impact on their scenic views, along with fears about increased traffic.
