Hilton Expands Its Diverse Portfolio with the Launch of a New Dual-Brand Property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Hilton, a renowned global hospitality leader, has announced the launch of its latest dual-brand destination in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Named as The Ellie Beach Resort Myrtle Beach. This new facility, an innovative addition to Hilton’s multi-brand portfolio, includes the Tapestry Collection by Hilton and the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton. The property is strategically positioned on Springmaid Beach, southernmost point along the city’s 60 miles of picturesque shoreline.

Multiple Brands, One Property

The Ellie Beach Resort marks an important milestone in Hilton’s pursuit for providing top-notch accommodations catering to various travel needs, styles, and budget constraints. The new establishment is a blend of two award-winning brands, each with their distinct yet complementary identities. The concept of merging two brands under one resort complex allows the property to offer enhanced shared spaces and amenities that far exceed what a standalone hotel might provide.

Resort Features and Amenities

Centered amid stunning beachfront views, this new property is prepared to offer guests an unforgettable stay with extensive facilities. With six swimming pools, three waterslides, sports courts, and a round-the-clock fitness center, leisure travelers are guaranteed an abundant array of recreational activities. Add to this, direct beach access, Springmaid Pier, and a miniature golf course, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy down to the smallest detail.

For gastronomy enthusiasts, the resort offers two on-site dining options: Ocean Blue Restaurant and Southern Tide Bar & Grille. Additionally, the property provides adaptable event space of 38,000 square feet, making it an ideal destination for businesses too. The resort is not only well equipped but also enjoys a prime location, giving easy access to local attractions such as Myrtle Beach State Park, The Market Common, and Broadway at the Beach.

Accommodation and Hilton Honors®

Operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality and owned by Singerman Real Estate, the property stands proud at 3200 S Ocean Blvd, presenting a total of 452 rooms. The accommodation is divided between 238 rooms and suites at the Ellie Beach Resort and 214 rooms and suites at the DoubleTree Resort.

As part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, The Ellie Beach Resort participates in Hilton Honors®, Hilton’s premier loyalty program. The program offers a plethora of perks to its nearly 190 million members across 24 world-class brands. Benefits range from complimentary standard WiFi, flexible payment options, and exclusive discounts to the use of a digital key via the Hilton Honors mobile app for a seamless, contactless experience – a feature highly valued in the current climate.

Hilton’s Steady Growth

Hilton continues to reinforce its position as a global hospitality leader. It now boasts over 7,600 properties including around 1.2 million rooms across 126 countries and territories. With the addition of The Ellie Beach Resort Myrtle Beach, following a multimillion-dollar renovation, Hilton is ready to offer an enchanting coastal getaway along the picturesque Springmaid Beach, promising to create experiences that will make every guest feel cared for, valued, and respected.
