Shannon Cheerleaders Gear Up for Big Game

Shannon, MS – The excitement was palpable on Friday night as the Shannon High School cheerleaders, led by 16-year-old Jalaya Edwards, took to the field before the much-anticipated game against Kosciusko. As the sun began to set and the lights illuminated the field, the cheerleaders engaged fans with their energetic routines and team spirit.

Enthusiastic students and families gathered to show support for their team, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The cheerleaders practiced their routines, which included a mix of cheers, pyramids, and stunts, ensuring they were ready to hype up the crowd. Jalaya, who has been a part of the team for several years, showcased her skills as she caught passes and led warm-ups, setting a positive tone for the night.
