High School Football Scores: Friday Night Highlights in Michiana

Friday night brought the excitement of high school football back to the fields across Michiana, as local teams wrapped up the regular season in Indiana and approached the final week in Michigan. Here’s a rundown of the scores from tonight’s games.

In Indiana, Concord celebrated a solid win against Plymouth, finishing at 42-14. Mishawaka dominated Wawasee with a score of 46-7, while Warsaw and Northridge battled it out, ending with a 42-13 victory for Warsaw. Another impressive match saw NorthWood shut out Goshen 42-0, and Penn secured a shutout as well, defeating South Bend Saint Joseph 27-0.

Bigger scores graced the field as Elkhart triumphed over South Bend Adams with a remarkable 55-14 win. Similarly, Mishawaka Marian had a strong game against South Bend Riley, winning 21-7. New Prairie had a powerful performance against South Bend Washington, ending at 52-8.

Over in other matchups, Knox had a decisive victory against Bowman Academy with a score of 61-6. Jimtown secured a close win against Lakeland at 44-34, while Culver Academies beat John Glenn 48-7. Bremen and Tippecanoe Valley faced off, with Bremen winning 24-10. LaVille showcased their strength against Whiting, winning 56-20.

The remaining highlights included Portage defeating LaPorte 35-14, Crown Point winning against Michigan City 35-8, and North Judson significantly beating Pioneer 60-18. The night concluded with North Miami edging out Triton 21-13 and South Central taking victory over Culver with a score of 30-22.

In eight-player games, Gobles emerged victorious against Bridgman with a score of 47-28, while Red Arrow Raiders defeated Eau Claire 44-20. As the regular season comes to a close, teams and fans look forward to the playoffs and more exciting games ahead.
