In a progressive stride, Oak Street Health, a renowned health care brand associated with CVS Health, has secured a lease of retail space in Columbia’s downtown Parkland Plaza. Acquisition and Utilization of New Space

Brokers Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds, and John Gressette from Colliers South Carolina represented Parkland Associates in the leasing transaction. The newly acquired retail space spans 10,865 square feet and is intended for occupancy by Oak Street Health, according to a recent press release. Founded in 2012, Oak Street Health forms part of CVS Health and specialises in providing primary health care for seniors, operating in over 200 locations nationwide.

One of the principal representatives, Rox Pollard, has confirmed in the press statement that “Oak Street Health will offer a state-of-the-art clinic in the outparcel building on the State Street side of Parkland Plaza. This will add to the plaza’s existing health and wellness tenants and offer a much-needed service to the entire downtown Columbia, Cayce, and West Columbia area”.
