Investigation underway after FCI Edgefield inmate dies
An inmate at a federal prison in South Carolina is dead. The tragedy unfolded at FCI Edgefield, a medium-security federal prison situated south of Edgefield. With around 1,500 male inmates in its confines, the prison serves as a facility for the incarceration and rehabilitation of offenders.
