Portland, OR – The boys’ soccer teams from Franklin High School and Lincoln High School played to a thrilling 2-2 tie on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Franklin High. The Lightning started the game strong, scoring their first goal early in the first half. The Cardinals quickly responded, netting a goal just before halftime to keep the game level. Franklin’s victory over Sherwood with a score of 2-1 advanced them into the quarterfinals, highlighting their strong season as they now prepare to face McMinnville this Saturday.
