In addition, a new nursing simulation center and teaching space is on the way, thanks to a partnership between the USC College of Nursing and Lexington Medical Center. City officials have also announced a major redevelopment project for the former Richland Mall site, with a $3 million allocation marking the beginning of what promises to be a transformative journey for Forest Acres.
