The event will kick off early in the day, with opening remarks starting at 9:45 a.m. From there, the convoy will get underway at 10:30 a.m., led by officers from the Law Enforcement Torch Run. More than 100 truck drivers are expected to participate, escorting their vehicles across South Carolina’s highways. Both the starting point and the concluding destination for this exciting journey will be the South Carolina State Fairgrounds, located at 1200 Rosewood Dr., Columbia.
