The ceremony will officially start at Chapin Christian Community Church, located at 415 Lexington Ave. Attendees can look forward to a touching tribute and the laying of wreaths right after the ceremony in both the Chapin Christian Community Church Cemetery and the adjoining cemetery at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. Chapin’s Mayor Al Koon will be present to honor this significant occasion, and what’s more, the guest speaker for the ceremony will be Major General Jeffrey Jones, who serves as the Deputy Adjutant General for the State of South Carolina.
