This prime property perfectly aligns with Luckie’s vision for growth and community engagement. It’s been an exciting journey, and I am confident that this new site will be a cornerstone of its continued success in the region.” Greiner brings a wealth of experience to his position as a brokerage associate at Colliers. His expertise lies in site selection, land brokerage, and the sale of retail and owner-occupied properties.

Positive Impact on Local Economy Expected

The entrance of Luckie’s Pinestraw into the South Carolina market undoubtedly underlines the dynamic economic outlook for the region. The company’s decision to invest in a West Columbia site may spur other businesses to view South Carolina as fertile ground for growth. Further, this move portends an increase in local employment opportunities as the organization settles into its new location.

As a market leader in supplying landscape materials across the Southeastern United States, the arrival of Luckie’s Pinestraw in South Carolina is an event of economic significance and marks a new chapter in its operational narrative.
