In alpine skiing at Buck Hill, Minnetonka dominated the competition, finishing with a total score of 288.5. Hopkins followed with 242.5 points. The standout performer was Tate Wilker from Eden Prairie, who secured the medalist honor with a remarkable time of 48.61 seconds.
At the same venue, Edina also showcased their prowess, scoring 261 points against Hopkins, who managed 228 points. Ally Adair from Edina led the way with a leading time of 45.51 seconds.
In basketball, teams across various conferences battled hard, with standout performances in the Mississippi 8 and Northern Suburban conferences. Becker triumphed over North Branch with a score of 90 to 68, while Monticello defeated Cambridge-Isanti 73 to 57. Rogers pulled ahead in a close match against Elk River, ending 77 to 67.
In the Northwest Suburban conference, Andover narrowly defeated Centennial with a score of 76 to 71. Meanwhile, Champlin Park also emerged victorious over Osseo with a score of 62 to 54.
