High School Sports Action in Maryland
On Friday night, November 1, high school sports in Maryland delivered some exciting matchups across various games. Here’s a recap of the key highlights from the evening.
Football
In an all-out showdown, Arundel defeated Annapolis with a score of 43-6. TJ Mordecai made headlines by rushing for three touchdowns and amassing an impressive 110 yards. Quarterback Ahmir Lowery also shined, throwing for 113 yards with touchdowns to both Darius Burton and Jacob Dy. On the other side, Annapolis saw a brief spark from Darrian Carter, who threw a long 70-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
